Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were big, comfortable, and fine, which was nice. However, I had a really bad experience with some of the workers in the restaurant, as they were rude, impacting my ability to have a relaxing trip through the green Chemnitz. On a positive note, the location, as close as to the center, was convenient, clean, and having a sauna was one reason why we picked this hotel. Yet, it could have had a longer opening time. Dining was really huge with a lot of different options, though very expensive.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a very fine sauna and wellness area, convenient parking, and a king-sized bed. However, the service was below expectations with some workers in the restaurant lacking knowledge and assistance. Overpriced food and drinks were a downside, despite a variety of options in the dining area.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with two bathrooms, offering a wonderful view of Chemnitz. The service was incredibly friendly, and the staff spoke English fluently, which was a big plus. The location was peaceful in a quiet suburb near the Castle in Chemnitz, making it a great compromise between the city center and the schloßpark. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with excellent food options. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. The only downside was the slightly high pricing, but the value for money was still evident.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were pleasant, clean, and comfortable, with the highlight being the two double rooms joint together by doors inside, offering extra convenience with two bathrooms. The service was professional, friendly, and personalized, making for a relaxing trip through the green Chemnitz. The location, amidst a quiet suburb near the castle and surrounded by parkland, was peaceful and idyllic. However, the dining options could use some improvements, especially for longer staying guests, and the breakfast was on the expensive side for standard fare.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, clean, and comfortable, providing a spacious and clean environment. The service was very helpful, especially at the reception desk where the staff spoke fluent English, a rarity in Chemnitz. The location was a good compromise between the city center and Schloßpark. The dining experience was very good, offering a variety of delicious options although the SPA center was closed. The facilities were excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable bed and great bathroom. The sauna and wellness area were a definite plus. However, the dining experience was a bit pricey, and the value for money could be improved, especially with the breakfast cost difference. The service was superbly friendly, which made my stay even more pleasant.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were average but spacious, featuring two double rooms connected by doors and two bathrooms. Street parking was possible, and the hotel is well-located, offering a wonderful view of Chemnitz. The staff was helpful, but there were some drawbacks to consider.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms at this hotel, which were actually two double rooms joined together by doors inside, making it spacious for me. The only drawback was that my room overlooked the main entrance and the glasses provided were on the smaller side. The service was top-notch with friendly and professional staff, although improvements could be made in assisting with reservation changes. The location was serene and peaceful, surrounded by parkland, yet conveniently close to the center and attractions like Schlosspark and a beautiful lake. The dining experience was consistently good with high-quality meals, although a bit more variety would be appreciated for longer stays. The facilities were sufficient, but nothing exceptional.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though needing an upgrade, were clean, and the setup with two bathrooms was convenient. The service had its highs and lows, with some staff being friendly and helpful, but others seeming disinterested. The location was good with easy access to the autobahn, but longer opening times would have been appreciated. The dining experience, while offering a variety of options, was overpriced. The facilities were decent, although improvements could be made in some areas.
The hotel is a mixed bag, with spacious rooms but a bit noisy due to its location. The service is excellent, with friendly staff proficient in English. The location is peaceful, surrounded by parkland, but slightly distant from the city center. The dining experience is pleasing, offering high-quality products. The facilities are modern and convenient.
